This is the JSON Schema for the completion stamp the enrichment pipeline writes into apis.yml after a genuinely completed pass. Every artifact carries provenance (generated, method, source), and any method other than `none` must hold a finding. It is generated from one table in the pipeline and used to validate artifacts at write time, in the enrichment prompt, and as a publishing gate.
